Osborne Park Hospital values the role of general practitioners in the provision of care in our community. GPs are the first point of contact for many and therefore an important source of information about our services. Many of our services require a GP referral and general practice input is welcomed when self-referral is possible. We work closely with the two General Practice Networks in our local area: Osborne General Practice Network and Perth Primary Care Network.
Osborne Park Hospital welcomes the input of general practice and has a Liaison GP role who facilitates communication and information transfer between the Hospital, the General Practice Networks and general practitioners. The Liaison GP is well placed to represent General Practice within the hospital and able to contribute to health planning and hospital decision-making.
We hope that this website is easy for GPs to use and provides the information that you need. The Liaison GP would welcome feedback on any aspect of the website and suggestions for future development.
