Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Osborne Park Hospital Program is committed to continuous quality improvement. We are accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS), ensuring that patients receive care of the highest standard in safe surroundings. We aim to continuously improve our service and seek feedback on our performance. Your feedback is valuable and assists us to ensure that high quality care is provided.
The position of Continuous Improvement Coordinator provides a central point of coordination of our health service's quality improvement activities including ACHS accreditation requirements.

The Western Australian Strategic Plan for Safety and Quality in Health Care 2003 - 2008. This plan will foster a health care system for Western Australia that concentrates on consumer needs, and strives for continuous quality improvement in all areas of healthcare.
The Australian Council on Health Care Standards (ACHS) Evaluation and Quality Improvement Program (EQuIP). This is a formal recognition of our high standard of care and desire to continually improve.
