Patient Information

Information about medical and general services available to patients admitted to Osborne Park Hospital is contained in the OPH Patient Information Guide (PDF, 2.41 Mb). This is distributed to all patients for their reference during their stay.

Additional Patient Brochures are provided as needed, e.g. for maternity patients and those undergoing day or multi-day surgery. Of relevance to all patients is the WA Public Patients Hospital Charter (PDF, 281 Kb) which details patients' rights and responsibilities.
