Patient Brochures

Osborne Park Hospital produces a number of publications to inform patients and families about hospital services.

The OPH Patient Information Guide (PDF, 2.41 Mb) is supplied to patients during their hospital stay. These detail the medical and general services available and have information on patients' rights and responsibilities (see also Public Patients Hospital Charter Guide (PDF, 281 Kb), our commitment to standards of care and our community links through the Community Advisory Council.

Brochures are also produced for maternity (PDF, 1Mb), day surgery and multi-day surgery patients (PDF, 1Mb) and on rehabilitation and aged care services such as the Parkinsons Clinic.
