Pharmacy

The Pharmacy Service at Osborne Park Hospital (OPH) aims to provide an efficient pharmaceutical service with an emphasis on drug safety within the hospital environment.

Services Provided

The Pharmacy Service provides a range of services to OPH inpatients and outpatients of the community Mental Health Service (MHS) at Osborne Clinic.

Our services include:

• Inpatient clinical pharmacy services
• Patient discharge dispensing and counselling including a medication summary
• Unit dose medication (Webster-Pak) to selected patients
• Drug information
• MHS outpatient prescription dispensing and counselling.

Hours of Service

Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.

Staff
