Catering Services
Catering services staff based at OPH provide freshly prepared meals for patients on a daily basis. Wide varieties of meals are offered and there are at least three choices of main meal for lunch and dinner.
Vegetarian, kosher and non-dairy needs are just some of the dietary needs that are catered for.
Our qualified dieticians ensure that a healthy and nutritious diet together with good medical treatment aid in a speedier recovery.

Patient Support Services
Patient Services Assistants
Patient Service Assistants at OPH perform a wide range of tasks, which include:
- Assisting patients to complete their menus
- Serving meals and beverages to patients
- Cleaning the wards /units
- Transporting patients throughout the hospital.
Cleaning Services
We have a small contingent of cleaners who are responsible for cleaning the outside of Wards/units.
Orderly Services
The Orderly Service at OPH provides 24 hour coverage to ensure Patient Support Services are maintained.
Orderlies provide security, patient transport and cleaning. Specialist orderlies assist in operating theatres to ensure that patients, visitors and staff are kept in a safe environment.
