The Osborne Park Pharmacy (OPH) provides a range of services to inpatients and selected outpatients.

OPH Pharmacy Inpatients Services

• Obtaining an accurate list of medications taken prior to hospital
• Monitoring medications during your hospital stay for safety and effectiveness
• Liaison with members of the hospital team to ensure the most appropriate treatments are provided to you
• Medication management trials (for select patients)
• Discharge medication planning, including dispensing of medications and extensive counselling on use and possible side-effects
• Medication information for other hospital staff and patients

OPH Pharmacy Outpatients Services

• Limited dispensing for patients who attend an Osborne Park Hospital (or affiliate) clinic
